Overview of the Home buying Process, The benefit of Homebuyer Education Programs, The Realtor's Role, First Time Homebuyer Mortgage and Down Payment Assistance Programs and the Closing Process

responsibilities of the landlord and the tenant, finding and keeping good tenants, oral and written leases, housing discrimination, fair market rents and security deposits, etc.
